Compensation:

• Salary Range: $52,000 – $62,000 (based on experience)
• Paid Time Off (PTO)
• 401(k)

• Greet visitors, answer phones, and manage general office communications
• Assist with file preparation, document tracking, and transaction coordination
• Support agents and leadership with scheduling, paperwork, and follow-up tasks
• Keep office supplies stocked and organized
• Help maintain our CRM and assist with light data entry and reporting
• Coordinate team events, meetings, and appointments
• Take on special projects and administrative tasks as needed

• 2+ years of administrative, customer service, or real estate office experience
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Friendly and professional communicator
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with cloud-based tools and CRMs
• Willing to learn and grow in a fast-moving real estate environment
• Flexible, resourceful, and a team player
• Local to Vacaville or the nearby area
