What Youll Do:
Oversee projects from funding through rehab, marketing, and sale.
Approve contractor payments after verifying work completion.
Coordinate with agents to list and sell properties quickly and profitably.
Maintain strong investor relationships with clear updates and calls.
What We Need From You:
5+ years in residential fix & flip or REO management.
Experience handling multiple contractors and vendors remotely.
Strong budget tracking and negotiation skills.
Real estate or GC license preferred.
