POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
The Readiness Analyst shall maintain cognizance of and provide expertise in key technical readiness and resource issues regarding the policies and programs assigned to the CNAP Readiness Directorate. The Contractor will perform technical analyses, readiness assessments, metrics development, research, special studies, monitoring of unit readiness, online training development, and life cycle maintenance, as required to meet CNAP objectives.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Five years of experience in training management or training development.
* Five years of experience developing training programs or policies to support Naval Aviation, and experience developing multi-media-based and classroom training tools to support aircraft carrier, squadron, wing, and executive level understanding of Naval Aviation readiness assessment, reporting, policies, and software programs.
* Eligible for DoD Secret security clearance
* Proficient with Microsoft Office products
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Experience includes training in the development and life cycle support of DRRS-S, CNAL/CNAP Training and Readiness (T&R) policy, and the Navy Mission Essential Task List development process.
* Education: A bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or a related field and/or a masters degree from an accredited institution in a business or related field is preferred.
TRAVEL: Yes, less than five percent
