We need a visionary sales leader who can:
- Build and execute strategic national retail sales initiatives
- Cultivate relationships with major retail decision-makers
- Lead cross-functional teams through our brand transformation
- Identify breakthrough product opportunities aligned with consumer demands
- Conduct market analysis to uncover new expansion opportunities
What you Bring:
- 5+ years leading national sales in CPG or food industry, protein, meat, or poultry preferred
- Proven success with major retail partnerships and product launches
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with creative problem-solving skills
- BA in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).
- Willingness to travel nationally up to 40%
