This position is vital for maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our baggage and cargo handling processes. Key Responsibilities: Safeguard customer baggage, air cargo, and mail from weather and damage. Lift, load/unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, airmail, and freight safely. Record and manage customer baggage and cargo as required. Transport cargo and baggage to/from aircraft while maintaining accurate records. Utilize computer systems to track and catalog luggage efficiently. Complete necessary paperwork linked to work assignments. Perform other related duties as assigned that align with your skills and experience. Basic Qualifications: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and a 10-year background check. Minimum age of 18 years. Authorization to work in the United States. Complete ramp and SIDA training for airport security identification. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing 70 pounds or more regularly. Frequent walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, and crawling may be required.
