*Job Summary*

The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and possess a strong understanding of food preparation and safety standards. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

*Duties* * Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards. * Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards. * Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and measuring spices. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, utensils, and equipment. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. * Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to the kitchen manager. * Follow proper food handling procedures to minimize waste and ensure quality control. * Participate in catering events as needed, providing support for off-site meal preparations.

*Experience* * Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. * Familiarity with food handling techniques and safety practices is essential. * Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is an advantage. * Culinary school education or certification as a Dietary Aide is a plus but not mandatory. * Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a busy kitchen setting.
