Quick Hire: Bartender Non-Tipped Our client, a dynamic event service provider, is seeking a Quick Hire: Bartender Non-Tipped to join their team. As a Bartender, you will be part of the hospitality team supporting various events. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Quick Hire: Bartender Non-Tipped Location: Lincolnshire, IL Pay Range: $20.90 per hour Shift: 3:30 PM - 11:00 PM What's the Job? Provide exceptional customer service to patrons, ensuring a pleasant experience. Mix and serve drinks efficiently, either directly or through wait staff. Set up the bar area prior to events, ensuring all supplies are ready. Collaborate with wait staff and other team members to ensure prompt service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout the event. What's Needed? No prior bartending experience required, but a willingness to learn is essential. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with customers and team members. Must be able to adhere to uniform requirements: all black attire. Must pass onboarding requirements as set by the client. What's in it for me?
