Position: Full-Time or Part-Time Hourly Role Starting at $18.00 DOE plus benefits. Location: Inn & Spa at Loretto, Santa Fe, NM. Position Overview: As a Public Area Maintenance Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our front-of-house areas are clean and welcoming for our guests. You will support the Front of House team in creating unforgettable experiences under the guidance of the Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor to complete daily tasks. Maintain open communication with leadership regarding assignments and timelines. Foster a positive and professional rapport with team members and guests. Adhere to all safety and health protocols. Thoroughly clean and maintain public areas, including sterilizing, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping. Monitor and clean public restrooms frequently throughout the day and replenish supplies as needed. Regularly check and maintain employee restrooms, ensuring cleanliness twice daily. Remove trash and vacuum carpets in internal office areas. Address guest inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner. Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to uphold cleanliness standards. Keep hallways clear and organized, ensuring no waste or clutter remains. Report any damage or loss of linens, furniture, or equipment promptly. Familiarize yourself with the cleaning chemicals used in the facility. Stock and organize supply rooms efficiently. Keep your work cart tidy and presentable. Engage in deep cleaning tasks and special projects as necessary. Perform other related duties as assigned to support property functions. Detail-oriented with a passion for maintaining high standards. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, holidays, and nights. 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in hospitality or housekeeping is preferred.
