Professionally answer product and promotional inquiries, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Document interactions for auditing purposes. Resolve issues, de-escalate conflicts, and promote our products, services, and events to clients. Complete daily training and stay updated on promotions. Seek guidance from departments and leaders to enhance job skills and performance. Skills and Experience Required: Proficiency in Spanish (speaking, reading, writing), bilingual in English and Spanish. Willingness to learn and be passionate about our products. Excellent customer service abilities. Quick learner in a fast-paced environment. Microsoft Office proficiency. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Friendly and upbeat attitude. Effective listening, comprehension, and problem-solving skills. Phone skills (preferred but not required). High school diploma or equivalent. Reside in Utah.
