The facility which is stroke-certified is looking for a provider to cover In-House call only. There are an average of 2-3 patients per shift and 14 beds in the department. This opportunity is for inpatient psychiatric coverage from September 8 22, involving rounding duties and collaboration with a mental health FNP on a 14-bed unit. The provider will split daily rounds, averaging 8 patients but up to 14, and will be responsible for signing off on IVC paperwork within 24 hours as well as other required documentation for the FNP. Call responsibilities average three phone consults, with one to two admissions per shift and varying call-back needs depending on census and patient needs. The unit is supported by a team including RNs, CNAs, an FNP, an RN director, a practice manager, and a physician marketing director. An active license is required, and availability must be specified in bid presentations.
