Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician

Bronx in-patient at 1300 Waters Place. Intermediate level care facility. Work with a multidisciplinary team to care for patients aged 6-18 years. Responsibilities include admissions, psychopharmacology, legal status, family contact, documentation, and treatment planning. Patients may be on multiple wards. Coordinate care with the pediatrics team to deliver state-of-the-art care for children and adolescents.


The Psychiatry role:

Full Time Inpatient- In person

Candidates must have 2 years of post-residency/fellowship training Double Board certification in adult psychiatry, adolescent and children psychiatry.

This position is M-F 8am-4:30pm, with option of 4:30pm-10:30pm once a week on call (up to 46 hours/week total).

NYCCC Bronx in-patient

Intermediate level care facility.

Case load up to 15 patients.

Work with a multidisciplinary team.

Patients ages range from 6-18 years.

This is a bid process: Bid due date: 08/20/2025 at 3 PM EST.

Requirements of the Psychiatry role:

NY state license; active, unrestricted

Board Certified-Psychiatry

Enrolled with NY Medicaid
