Track and manage inventory for postal supplies and equipment. Assist customers with queries related to mail handling and services. Maintain records of mail transactions and prepare reports as needed. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow processes and improve efficiency. Ensure compliance with federal and postal regulations.
