It's important to MAC Construction that our team feels supported and is always looking for what they can bring to a project, not what they take away from it. ____________________________________________________________________________ BASIC FUNCTIONS OF A MAC SUPERINTENDENT Depending on experience, your responsibilities may include: Project Oversight Help lead or manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout Maintain project schedules, coordinate site logistics, and manage subcontractor activity Stakeholder Communication Build positive relationships with clients, consultants, and project teams Represent MAC on-site and in meetings with professionalism and integrity Safety & Quality Champion our safety-first culture and ensure all work meets quality standards Maintain a safe, clean, and productive jobsite at all times Team Collaboration Work closely with project managers and field staff to ensure smooth project execution Support a culture of teamwork and accountability _________________________________________________________________________ BASIC SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND REQUIREMENTS OF A MAC SUPERINTENDENT 3+ yearsof experience in commercial construction site leadership (Foreman, Assistant Superintendent, Superintendent, or Senior-level) Ability to read and interpret construction documents Strong communication and coordination skills Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar tools Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to job sites (Preferred) Construction Management degree or related education Adhere strictly to the MAC Drug-Free Workplace Policy and pass all required drug screens. Travel as needed; must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. _____________________________________________________________________ COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Competitive salary, based on experience and role scope. This role is eligible for an annual incentive plan, with a base salary loosely aligned to a range of $70,000 - $120,000, depending on qualifications and level of responsibility.
