Overview

The Project Services Admin assists the Project Services Manager by performing a variety of administrative tasks. He/she is responsible for maintaining multiple departmental reports to ensure the Project Services department is functioning at optimal performance levels and is accountable for expediting Special Order purchases made by the department to ensure timely delivery.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Print and post all weekly reports.
  • Assist in the processing of credit card refunds for unposted returns and coordinate the processing with Accounts Receivable on posted ones.
  • Process Credit/Rebills and Price Adjustments for Renovations.
  • Update the calendar and schedule meetings for the Project Services Manager as requested.
  • Monitor a variety of reports to ensure optimal department performance.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and other staff members as needed.
  • Maintain accurate electronic files.

What You Will Need

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
  • Advanced verbal and written English language skills.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced ability with MS Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook) and SalesPad.
