A leading commercial construction company in Central Houston is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial mechanical HVAC projects, particularly in healthcare construction. This is a key leadership role overseeing all phases of mechanical/HVAC projects to ensure quality, safety, budget, and schedule compliance. Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of commercial HVAC projects from initiation to completion Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to meet project goals Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical sketches Oversee installation procedures for HVAC and refrigeration systems Ensure quality control, compliance with safety standards, and adherence to schedules and budgets Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams Requirements: 5–10 years of experience managing commercial mechanical HVAC projects ( required ) Proven experience in healthcare construction ( required ) Strong knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration products, equipment, and installation procedures Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and shop drawings Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to pass pre-employment background, criminal, and drug screening Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary plus benefits, PTO, and opportunities for long-term career growth within a respected commercial contractor.
