The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Project Manager should have: A degree in Construction Management or a related field Proficiency in project management software Strong knowledge of construction standards and regulations Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong ability to manage budgets and schedules Proven experience in risk management What's on Offer Competitive salary range, approximately $110,000 - $140,000 annually Performance-based bonuses Comprehensive healthcare benefits 401K retirement plan Car/Truck allowance Cell phone allowance
