Project Manager - Retail and Restaurant Construction

Plan, manage, and oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure milestones are achieved.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to align project goals.
Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays effectively and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
Maintain detailed project documentation, including updates and reports for stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance project outcomes.
Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
A strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
Experience with ground up restaurant and retail construction projects.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask effectively.
Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
