Job Description Manage all phases of office and retail construction projects to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to budget.
Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to meet design and project specifications.
Monitor milestones and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
Identify risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including financial plans and timelines.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Lead project meetings and foster clear, consistent communication across teams.
Evaluate project outcomes and recommend process improvements for future initiatives.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have: Proven experience managing office and retail construction projects from start to finish.
