Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead and coordinate complex security initiatives within our Authentication team . This role will oversee projects involving infrastructure modernization, cloud migrations, identity & access system transitions, and enterprise security initiatives (, conditional access). The TPM will ensure seamless delivery with minimal business disruption while driving strong cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Review all requests related to Entra ID conditional access, validate business justification, and assess business impact.

Facilitate meetings with business and/or technical application owners to define remediation paths and timelines.

Develop and maintain project artifacts: detailed project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and stakeholder status reports.

Partner with engineering, infrastructure, application, security, and vendor teams to define scope, success criteria, and technical dependencies.

Coordinate change management and communication strategies with BIS, TS, and application stakeholders.

Track deliverables, remediation timeframes, and drive accountability across cross-functional teams.

Lead governance routines: steering committees, stakeholder reporting, and executive updates.

Oversee user testing, cutover planning, rollback strategies, and post-migration support.

Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security policies, and compliance frameworks (ISO, NIST, CFR Part ).

Qualifications + years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master.

+ years of hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum tools such as Jira and Kanban boards.

Background in cloud migrations, security tool implementation, and conditional access strategy.

Strong organizational, collaboration, and risk management skills.

Excellent communication skills across technical and executive audiences.

PMP, CSM, or SAFe certifications preferred.
