Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid: Mon–Thu in office, Fri remote) Duration: 12-month contract Reports to: Senior Manager of Design About the Role We’re seeking a skilled Project Designer with a strong background in retail architecture and interior design to join our fast-paced Retail Design, Development, and Build Team . You’ll play a key role in designing and executing new store layouts nationwide, ensuring brand consistency, construction accuracy, and stakeholder alignment. Key Responsibilities Assess new store locations for prototype compatibility Create 2D drawings and 3D renderings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite Review construction documents for accuracy and compliance Manage architects, vendors, and fixture fabricators Collaborate with internal teams (real estate, construction, procurement, operations) Track budgets, schedules, and project milestones Present project updates to executive leadership Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design 3–5 years of experience in retail design or architecture Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite Strong understanding of construction processes and building codes Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills Preferred Skills Experience with store remodels, relocations, and new builds Familiarity with fixture design, space planning, and branded environments Agile/Scrum certification is a plus Why Join Us?
