We’re looking for a Programmatic Account Manager who’s fluent in The Trade Desk platform and has direct experience working within retail media networks like Walmart Connect, Kroger Precision Marketing, Roundel, and more.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING IN THE ROLE:

  • Manage and grow a roster of client accounts (agency and brand direct), ensuring overall excellent client satisfaction at every partnership touchpoint
  • Partner with clients from campaign inception through campaign conclusion, acting as point-person for proposals and optimization suggestions throughout the process
  • Work closely with the Sales and Trading team to qualify and rapidly onboard new customers
  • Be the point person for building the client narrative in such a way that always positions Ventura as the solution provider
  • Work closely with Sales to identify ways to grow current accounts
  • Become an expert on the use and best practices on The Trade Desk platform, and offer insights and teach clients on how to improve campaigns
  • Provide continual training to clients as new features are added to The Trade Desk
  • Help build the Client Services practice by creating training materials, best practices, sales materials, and customer-facing guides
  • Monitor campaign to measure performance, implement solutions, and create recap decks
  • Visiting clients on-site and being part of client trainings and events 


WHO YOU ARE:

  • 2-3 years of experience in account management
  • Excellent communicator through email, phone conversations, and PowerPoint; outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Clear relationship management skills, including but not limited to setting clear meeting agendas, running meetings, and follow-up
  • Can travel to visit and educate clients in person when needed 
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience working within retail media networks like Walmart Connect, Kroger Precision Marketing, Roundel, etc.
  • Direct experience executing campaigns through Walmart Connect
  • Expertise in working with RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, and ad servers; direct experience with TheTradeDesk Platform is a plus
  • Experience managing CPA, CPC, and CPM marketing campaigns
  • Solid experience in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large data sets
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Proven track record of growing accounts by forging a strong relationship with clients, understanding their objectives, and recommending the best strategies

This role is open to candidates located outside of Colorado. 

The following details apply only to employees based in Denver, Colorado. Team members in Denver follow a hybrid schedule, working from our downtown office on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week.

  • The estimated pay range for this role, based in Colorado, is a base salary of $70,000 - $85,000, plus a quarterly goal incentive 

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
