Oversee execution and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with FBI and federal security regulations. Serve as the primary liaison with FBI officials, representing the programs operational status, incident response, and staffing posture. Coordinate shift scheduling, resource planning, and incident management across teams and time zones. Train and mentor security officers, onboarding new personnel and providing refresher training as required. Ensure compliance with physical security, access control, visitor management, and emergency response procedures. Conduct regular quality checks, audits, and performance reviews, reporting outcomes to internal and external stakeholders. Monitor and document security incidents, enforce corrective actions, and uphold continuous readiness posture.
