All American Marine  is hiring a  full-time Production Worker/Shipyard Laborer  to join our dynamic team in Bellingham, WA.

This is a permanent, full-time position for individuals who are eager to be on a team that builds award-winning passenger ferries and research vessels. The Production/Craft worker will be involved in the manufacture of large boats (up to 140 feet in length) working under Craft Supervisors and Crew during boat construction. Their main role is to keep the boat and work areas clean, organized, and clear of debris and clutter. Individuals who show interest, aptitude and eagerness will be trained in one or more of the crafts as an assistant. This could develop into an on-the-job training experience into one or more crafts (Welding, Systems Installation, Carpentry/Interiors, etc.). The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. Job Details:

Schedule : Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (3-day weekends!)

Pay Scale (Based on experience and skill level):

$18.75/hour + full benefits
