Fluency in Spanish is essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead daily warehouse production activities to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy. • Oversee inventory stocking systems and maintain high levels of organization and safety. • Assign, monitor, and evaluate team members’ tasks to meet production deadlines. • Utilize data and reporting tools to track performance and identify improvement areas. • Foster a collaborative and adaptable work culture, promoting teamwork and integrity. • Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations. • Communicate effectively across teams to maintain smooth operations and resolve issues promptly.
QUALIFICATIONS • 3–5 years of prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment. • Proficiency in warehouse stocking systems and operational best practices. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while leading others effectively. • Skilled in preparing reports, dashboards, and data analysis to drive performance. • Fluency in Spanish (required). • Dependable, forward-thinking, and committed to continuous improvement.
