Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation as required. Qualifications
Associate's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a production supervisory role.
Strong understanding of production processes and quality control principles.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
