Local Home Improvement Company seeking individual to fill office position. Ability to show to work on time and work scheduled shift, Monday-Friday 7am to 4pm, alternating Saturdays 10am to 1pm. Occasional work outside of regular schedule to communicate with team and customers when needed. Company phone provided. Must be able to multi-task and communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and departments within the company. Must be able to use resources to solve problems and address customer concerns.
Primary responsibility includes scheduling installations, service appointments, and technician appointments in a timely and efficient manner. Followup to appointments to ensure customer service and completion. Internal paperwork and completion to close out projects and maintain recordkeeping.
Secondary responsibilities include support to other departments in managing leads and schedules, permits, ordering, deliveries, daily paperwork, scanning, copying, filing, and maintaining a clean office area and showroom. Additional responsibilities and cross training into other departments to go with the peaks of seasons and needs of business throughout the year.
Ideal candidate will work towards office management opportunities.
