Production Lead - 1st Shift

A growing GMP Manufacturing facility is looking for Production Leads!! Qualifications:

• 1+ years supervisory experience of 3 or more people
• 1+ year manufacturing experience
• Good math skills (skills testing required without calculator)
• Excellent attitude
• Bilingual a plus
• Organized
• Motivator
• High School diploma or GED

Responsibilities for a Production Line Lead:

• Supervise a team of 4-8 employees
• Oversee quality checks
• Able to use a computer tablet
• Effective communication
• Understanding of pallet patterns
• Identifies opportunities to optimize workflow;
• Maintains a neat, clean, safe, and orderly work area;
• Safety first attitude
