RED GAMES Co . is a Salt Lake City-based independent game studio focused on creating multi-generational, family-friendly games and experiences with its unique and original IP and in partnership with the world’s leading toy and entertainment companies, including LEGO, Hasbro, Crayola, and Apple.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Marketing Manager to join our Salt Lake City studio either locally or in a remote capacity. This person will work directly with our Marketing team and Product teams to define and execute our marketing strategy for our Kids games category. The Marketing Manager will be passionate about building content marketing programs across community, influencer, partner, email, web, and PR efforts to reach and engage parents and early childhood educators.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and manage strategic marketing plans that result in revenue growth for some of our products
Partner with internal teams, partners, press, and influencers to identify and execute on opportunities to increase reach and engagement for Crayola
Develop and execute social media and community strategy that drives engagement and conversions among parents of young kids
In collaboration with the marketing team, manage regular Crayola influencer campaigns that support brand affinity and continued growth
Work with our internal data team to analyze marketing effort impact and build data-backed strategies, and report results to leadership
Develop and nurture healthy partner relationship with Crayola, from planning and consistent communication to regular reporting
Develop and execute email campaigns that drive increased engagement in some of our new app releases
Work with the marketing design team to develop high performing creative content for app stores, web, social, email, partner channels, and paid media that increases acquisition and retention
Develop App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies and/or work with ASO teams to ensure that Crayola ranks in search results in all applicable app stores
Collaborate with player support lead to ensure Crayola Transformers Tactical Arena’s positive online reputation
Identify opportunities to increase awareness and interest in newly expanded global markets
Evaluate and optimize campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics
Qualifications:
5+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record of leading successful campaigns
Youth-focused gaming preferred but games or apps is a must
Firm grasp on various marketing and analytics platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, content, digital, email, and brand marketing
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and operate autonomously in both a strategic and hands-on capacity
Comfortable creating and managing personal task lists, independently moving projects forward, prioritizing activities, and meeting deadlines
Ability to multitask and create bespoke organizational systems to meet the needs of the role and communicate effectively
Comfortable managing multiple campaigns at various stages of the process
Highly attentive to detail
