As a Produce Clerk and Service Team Member, you will play a vital role in enhancing our Produce department by receiving and preparing products, maintaining appealing displays, and assisting customers with their needs. Your responsibilities will include: Creating a fresh and attractive display by keeping cases clean, well-stocked, and organized. Helping the Team Leader organize and showcase seasonal and high-volume items. Monitoring for spoilage and effectively communicating waste to management. Completing required documents related to spoilage, sampling, and inventory checks. Providing exceptional customer service and utilizing suggestive selling techniques. Ensuring compliance with health and sanitation guidelines while maintaining a clean workspace. Performing other tasks as assigned by store leadership. We are looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, passionate about natural foods, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. No prior retail experience is necessary! Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Capacity to stand and walk for 6-8 hours during a shift. Comfortable with bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching. Able to work in various temperatures and conditions. Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends. The hourly wage for this position ranges from $17.00 to $25.40, based on experience. Successful entry-level team members may also be eligible for a base rate increase after their first 90 days of employment.
