Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Operations Manager to join our growing operations team. In this leadership role, youll be responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics and supply chain execution, driving continuous improvement across our fulfillment, transportation, and vendor operations. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that our logistics processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals. As a key member of the operations team, you will manage daily execution while also contributing to long-term strategic planning. Your ability to problem-solve, lead teams, and deliver on service expectations will directly impact on our operational reliability and customer satisfaction. Specific responsibilities: Oversee daily operational workflows and ensure on-time, accurate execution across logistics functions. Support vendor and partner coordination to ensure consistent performance and service levels. Monitor and report on key metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational reliability. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Finance, Product, CX) to align logistics with broader company goals. Contribute to cost-efficiency strategies, operational audits, and compliance best practices. Participate in tools and process evaluations to improve scalability, speed, and quality. Assist in long-term planning and execution of initiatives that enhance supply chain performance. What You Bring: 25+ years of experience in operations, logistics, procurement, or supply chain management. Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Strong organizational and analytical skills with solid experience using spreadsheets and dashboards. Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize multiple workstreams, and maintain attention to detail. Clear communicator and team player with experience working across departments and with external partners. Familiarity with logistics platforms, vendor systems, or procurement workflows is a plus.
