Execute all department operations consistently at standard productivity levels, ensuring adherence to work instructions and completion of production paperwork. Operate and maintain the Zincate process for aluminum reverse plated forms, including equipment and tanks. Set up, run, and troubleshoot the electro-chemical plating operations, maintaining fixtures, machines, and tools. Support E-Form etching operations, ensuring grit control and size maintenance. Perform inventory control and cycle counting to ensure accurate material reporting. Conduct daily 5S activities to maintain a clean and organized work area. Report time and material in manufacturing systems. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or higher. Minimum one (1) year of manufacturing experience in private, public, government or military environment and/or Technical School. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Strong conceptual skills. Attention to detail and have sound judgment. Required to read and understand work instructions, paperwork, and drawings. Pay & Benefits: The starting rate of pay for this position is $28.28.
