Are you the right candidate for this opportunity Make sure to read the full description below. How you'll contribute An Outpatient Therapist who excels in this role: Is responsible for providing psychotherapy and counseling therapies including group, individual and family therapy for patients suffering from psychiatric and substance abuse issues. Works with multi-disciplinary team to develop individualized plan of care. Ensures accurate and timely patient documentation

CPR and CPI Certification within 30 day of employment Prior work with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients. State Licensure per state requirements LMSW, LCSW, LPC or LPC-A
