Enamel Dentistry is seeking a skilled and personable PRN Dental Hygienist to support our team on an as-needed basis. Whether you’re filling in for coverage or helping during high-volume days, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and creating a fun, welcoming experience for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleanings, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance
   
• Conduct thorough oral health assessments and document patient history
   
• Take digital X-rays and assist in identifying dental concerns
   
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and home care routines
   
• Collaborate with dentists and support staff to ensure seamless care
   
• Maintain strict compliance with OSHA, infection control, and safety guidelines
   
• Provide excellent chairside communication that puts patients at ease
   
• Be available to cover shifts at various Enamel locations as needed
   

Qualifications

• Current Texas RDH license in good standing
   
• CPR and BLS certification required
   
• Strong clinical skills with attention to detail
   
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and professional demeanor
   
• Experience with digital charting and modern dental technology preferred
   
• Flexible availability and reliability are a must
   

Compensation

• Competitive per diem rate, based on experience
