Pay Range: $16-$18 per hour, based on experience and case needs Flexible schedules and weekly pay About the RoleCentria caregivers provide essential in-home support to help individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent. You'll work one-on-one with clients in a private home setting, supporting their unique care needs. ResponsibilitiesAssist with mobility and transfers to prevent fallsProvide basic personal care, including hygiene, toileting, and dressingMonitor and assist with oxygen therapy as neededPrepare light snacks or drinks upon requestOffer companionship and emotional reassurance throughout the shiftAssist in positioning and turning to prevent discomfortDocument and report changes in client condition promptlyRespond to emergencies following proper proceduresPerform duties as outlined in the patient's plan of careMonitor client's physical and mental condition, intake/output, and exerciseMaintain a safe, clean, and healthy care environmentFollow professional standards, care policies, and local/state/federal requirements QualificationsCNA, HHA, or equivalent experience in home care preferredExperience working with fall-risk and mobility-impaired clients strongly desiredMust be comfortable assisting with personal care tasksReliable, patient, and attentive to individual needsComfortable working in a private home settingAbility to work independently and follow a care planStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsComfortable using tablets/computers for documentationStrong attention to detail and ability to follow all care protocolsAbility to address minor medical concerns as they arise Documentation RequirementsTo be eligible for employment, all caregivers must provide the following:Valid Driver's LicenseCurrent CPR CertificationClear Background CheckNegative TB Test ResultsProof of Auto Insurance (with your name listed on the policy)We're looking for caregivers who are patient, reliable, and genuinely passionate about helping others.Why Caregivers Love Working at CentriaWe believe that when we care for you, you can care best for others.
