About the Role
The Company is seeking a dynamic President and General Manager for its Vehicle Payments division. This executive will play a crucial role within our Senior Leadership team, concentrating on the vision and overall success of the business. This exciting position comes with full P&L responsibility, driving growth targets, and ensuring customer retention. As President and GM, you will lead with a clear product vision, conduct market and user research, prioritize product features, and develop a strategic product roadmap. We are looking for someone with a strong commercial acumen and outstanding communication skills to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline, with an MBA being preferred. A minimum of 5 years as a General Manager is required, with a strong preference for candidates with 10+ years of experience in strategy or business leadership roles, particularly within the fuel networks and fuel card industry. You should have at least 5 years of experience with open/closed loop systems. This role is ideal for a leader with a proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and driving strategic growth through innovative ideas for organic and inorganic growth. The successful candidate will excel in performance monitoring, UI development, and possess a robust background in market research and analysis to guide product strategy.
