Position Summary We are seeking an experienced prep cook who has both the passion and knowledge to produce amazing food to join our team at Copain Bakery & Provisions. Shift : Day shift Night shift Service and Maintenance
Restocks supplies and ingredients during shifts. Sets up and stocks workstation with necessary supplies. Maintains cleanliness and organization during and after shifts. Assist with chopping, peeling, portioning, and other simple prep tasks as directed by kitchen leadership. Prepares and portions ingredients for recipes. Responds to changing priorities during shift. Handles special requests or dietary accommodations with professionalism. Completes other duties assigned by management. Experience/Education
Proven experience as a prep cook or similar role in a professional kitchen. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and best practices. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
