SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a dedicated and experienced prep cook/liner server to join its food services team in private school in Las Vegas, NV. This full-time position involves preparing daily meals for students and staff in accordance with kosher dietary laws, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring high standards of food safety and quality. This individual will play a key role in establishing and managing the main service hotline, ensuring seamless communication for students and faculty. They will also assist in serving lunch with a friendly and efficient demeanor, clearly presenting menu options to customers. After service, they'll be instrumental in breaking down the line and maintaining an organized and welcoming environment. Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members. Maintain the customer service areas to ensure our guests enjoy amazing dining experiences. Prepare assigned menu items in accordance with SAGE recipes. Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP). What you'll need:

Experience as a prep cook or line server in a commercial kitchen preferred. Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately. Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner and provide service with a smile!
