As a Prep-Cook / Dishwasher, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen operates seamlessly. Whether you’re prepping ingredients for our signature dishes or keeping our workspace sparkling clean, your contributions will be essential to delivering the high-quality experience our customers have come to love.

Here’s a glimpse into your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Assisting with basic food preparation, such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients.
- Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Supporting the kitchen team with additional tasks as needed to keep service running smoothly.
- Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe workspace.
