Slice and portion meats in accordance with portion control.
Wash, slice and portion produce.
Properly rotates food inventory and keeps food waste at a minimum.
Keeps the kitchen stocked to par at all times.
Wash, slice and portion produce.
Cut and portion cheeses.
Maintains cleanliness in the kitchen at all times to ensure efficient and safe performance of all duties.
Follows safe and sanitary food handling practices.
Receive and check-in truck orders.
Cross-trained as sandwich maker and cashier.
Performs any other duties as assigned by the Leader.
