The partnership includes overseeing the Raymond James Stadium food and beverage program development and management for concessions, suites and premium areas for all game days, concerts, special events and any food and beverage related activations for the iconic Pirate Ship. The Role: Premium Bartenders are responsible for positive guest interactions while accurately mixing and serving beverages to guests and servers in a friendly and efficient manner. The Premium Bartender is responsible to provide exceptional guest service to club members while accurately mixing and serving beverages to guest and servers in a friendly and efficient manner. Premium Bartenders may be assigned to work in the Hall of Fame Clubs or the Legends Suites. Primary Responsibilities Greet guests, take beverage orders from servers or directly from guests Mix drinks and cocktails according to specifications and recipes Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines as required by Federal, State and Local laws and in compliance with company standards Properly ring in all orders into the POS system Maintain a clean and organized bar and surrounding work area Complete all set-up and breakdown of assigned bar Ensure proper rotation and stocking of beer coolers Complete all reporting paperwork at the end of each event Adhere to all Legends Uniform and Grooming guidelines Other duties as assigned Legends & ASM Global is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer, and encourages Women, Minorities, Individuals with Disabilities, and protected Veterans to apply.
