We are currently seeking a professional and dynamic part-time Retail Sales Supervisor for our Portland, OR location.

What You’ll Do
- Lead by example to support sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
- Supervise store operations, including opening and closing shifts
- Coach, motivate, and provide feedback to team members in real-time
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and a clean, inviting store environment
- Create and execute daily plans, clearly communicating tasks and goals to the team
- Handle shift-based inventory tasks such as receiving, transfers, order fulfillment, and shipping
- Monitor and respond to store communications and internal updates
- Accurately complete sales transactions using our POS system
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards
- Identify and escalate issues when needed, while recommending proactive solutions
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of retail sales or customer service experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a store leadership or supervisory role
- Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and active listening
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently
- Proficient in POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office
- A flexible schedule, including availability on nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable with the physical demands of the role (standing/walking, lifting up to 40 lbs., ladder use)
