Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group (PAFMG) is seeking a full-time, BC/BE Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician to join our well-established Interventional Spine practice in Fremont, CA.

Position Details:

- Fully established Interventional Spine practice with extensive internal referral network - State-of-the-art outpatient medical center with collaborative ancillary support - Sutter Health–affiliated ambulatory surgery center located conveniently on campus - Full-time = 35 patient contact hours per week

Qualifications:

- Board-certified or board-eligible in PM&R - Fellowship in Interventional Spine or Pain Management preferred
