Job description

We are looking for a full-time afternoon/evening line cook who will be responsible for food prep and execution and maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.

Responsibilities: Preparing components of each dish using recipes Ensuring kitchen, food prep and food storage areas meet cleaning standards Executing menu items on a daily basis Preparing food for banquets and other events Monitor freshness and quality, discarding and replacing when necessary Proper labeling of prep items Clean as you go and proper use of sanitation Qualifications: Experience as a line cook Ability to work eight or more hours on your feet Comfortable working in a fast- paced environment Good verbal communication skills Benefits : Competitive salary Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Retirement plan
