We have an opening for a Server Assistant at ARIA, our signature restaurant located on the second floor of Saint Kate. What you will be doing Support servers by ensuring tables are properly set, cleared, and maintained throughout service. Assist with delivering food and beverages to guests in a timely and polished manner. Refill water, beverages, and bread service as needed. Keep service stations, dining areas, and side work areas organized and stocked. Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and hosts to provide seamless guest service. Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards. Assist with additional duties as requested by management. What we are looking for Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
