Plancha Server/Bartender (Part-Time) Join our AAA Five Diamond property in Central Florida! The Opportunity We are looking for an individual who can provide dining support at our vibrant and active restaurant, Plancha, who has 1-2 years of Food & Beverage experience. Discover modern Latin-American cuisine, classic clubhouse favorites, and locally sourced ingredients with lakeside views at Plancha. You will provide an enjoyable, expertly served beverage or dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness. In this role, you will also oversee and maintain the proper flow of goods to maximize sales performance. This role will require coverage on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Responsibilities Provide exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods Ensure each guest is greeted promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile Display impressive salesmanship in guiding guests through the menu and maximizing revenue with upsell opportunities Minimum Qualifications: Prior experience in fine dining and knowledge of steaks (cuts, temperatures, etc.) is preferred, though not required. Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques. Ability to move back and forth between server and bartender positions as needed by operation Able to read each table and adapt to the guest, creating a customized experience Thrive working in a fast paced, and large team environment A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers. Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently. Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions. High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team. A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays.
