Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop diagnostic and treatment plans for patients with sports-related injuries. Conduct surgical procedures, including arthroscopic surgeries, ligament reconstructions, and joint repairs when necessary. Collaborate with physical therapists and athletic trainers to create rehabilitation programs and recovery plans post-surgery. Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures, recovery expectations, and preventive measures. Engage in community outreach and support programs aimed at promoting sports health and injury prevention. Stay updated on advancements in sports orthopedics through continuous education and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery. Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. Completed an ACGME-accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency and a Sports Medicine Fellowship. Valid medical license to practice in North Dakota. Strong surgical skills with a focus on sports injuries and a patient-centered approach to care. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
