** - Conduct patient assessments and perform diagnostic evaluations - Provide primary care services under the supervision of a physician - Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients - Administer medications. Order laboratory and radiology tests as needed - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care - Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families - Ensure compliance with infection control protocols
- Valid state licenses as a Physician Assistant - Certification from an accredited Physician Assistant program - Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10 coding, Billing, and healthcare regulations - Strong clinical skills including patient assessment and management - Ability to triage patients and make appropriate referrals - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills *** Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
