Location: Round mountain, CA, 96084 Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this role successfully, the physician must be able to carry out each essential duty with competence and professionalism: Conduct thorough patient histories and physical examinations Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests Implement evidence-based treatment plans Refer to specialists or obtain consults when cases fall outside scope of practice Communicate clearly and respectfully with patients, providing education and support Maintain high standards of care through peer review and quality improvement participation Collaborate with medical staff to ensure coverage during evenings, weekends, and after-hours Comply with all relevant regulations, including Title 22 and infectious disease protocols Qualifications Valid and active California Medical License DEA registration and current CPR certification Completion of required CME hours Ability to oversee mid-level providers within regulatory guidelines Strong communication, organizational, and xsgimln clinical decision-making skills Commitment to culturally competent care and continuous learning Job Type: Full-time Pay: $145,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year Ability to Commute: Round Mountain, CA 96084 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Round Mountain, CA 96084: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
