Supervise the direct patient care activities of the Rehab Aids Coordinate patient care with members of other departments and staff within the Rehab Services Department. Participates in resident care conferences, Restorative Team meetings, and Interdisciplinary Team meetings as appropriate. Participates in in-service training programs for other staff in the facility.
