Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The chosen candidate will work in a home health setting primarily with pediatric patients, providing personalized and effective physical therapy services. If you are more interested in a full-time position, we would love to discuss the opportunity with you! Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients' physical therapy needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific goals. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Provide ongoing evaluation and modify treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Provide supervision of Physical Therapist Assistants. Qualifications: Active Arizona State Physical Therapist License. Current CPR certification. Article 9 Certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
